I'm Mthokozisi I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with how Roots olievenhoutbos corner employees treat us as customer,I always buy my meat there but there is this one lady who serves customers at the butchery were we waigh meat,she doesn't know how to treat customer,she has an attitude it's like she doing customers a favour when helping them,when shes the one helping you can't even choose wat you want,she just give you anything if you complain she tells you that it's a company rules..she doesn't even wear a name badge but they call her Mashudu....I just wish this massage gets to the management Nd this matter be dealt with
