BAD SERVICE + *****ING FROM CUSTOMERS - Roots Butchery Festival Mall you must train your managers/supervisors to handle customer queries. After 8 days am still not refunded my money back from your own double transactions error. Submitted the bank statement and till slips showing the double transaction but they still saying they didn't receive the money. REFUND my money now please.
