BAD SERVICE @ ROOTS BUTCKERY @ DAWN PARK SHOPPING CENTRE

I received very terrible service @ Roots Dawn Park Shopping Centre and a very bad attitude from a person called Amina. I've been told that she's the supervisor in the shop. By her approach to the customers, I ask myself how she got the position in the 1st place. I Spent over +-R2 000.00 and I was told that the trolley doesn't go out of the shop once the door is closed, I asked her how I should carry all the stuff to my car, I even requested that at least one(1) staff member or security to come with me so he can bring back the trolley but she was so RUDE and said NO the policy of the store stands that trolley not to go out after the store is closed with an attitude like f****k we are closed we want to go home. That's when I decided why must I beg for good service @ Roots Dawn Park Centre while I'm the customer, Then I told her to take back their meat and refund me my money and that's when one employee offered to help me carry my meat etc to the car. Horrible experience. I ask myself is that because we are black that we have to take all this nonsense, which they will not do, to white lady never mind the quantity she carries? Very disappointed.
