Bad customer service

Today I went to roots butchery in protea Glen and I wanted to pay with 300 on my card and R6rand cash but when I asked why they couldn't help me the cashier was so rude and had an attitude towards me and I called 4 the manager they called a guy by name of Terrance who only rep**** to me by shaking her head and then they whisper together and bear in mind was still at the till they don't have good customers service their service is very poor the stuff and management they also disrespectivr
