Bad customer service at roots butchery protea Gardens

Absolutely disappointing service at Roots Butchery in Protea Gardens. My sister has been waiting since after 1 PM just to buy Russians. She was initially told to wait until 2 PM, and now it is almost 3 PM and she is STILL waiting.

How can a customer wait nearly two hours just to buy a basic item? This is extremely frustrating and shows very poor service and time management. Customers have places to be and cannot spend hours standing around waiting.

Roots Butchery, this kind of service is unacceptable. Please improve your service and respect your customers’ time. Hai, what a bad experience! 😡
