Attitude towards customers as a manager

I dotknow how to express my emotions or feelings towards the attitude I receive from a lady called Christel or Christina or whatever her name is after we had an altication on her pricing of pumpkin scale was wrong but chose to not attend the situation correctly and she couldn't even apologize for her mistake instead she told us to take It or leave imagine a whole shop manager I'm utterly disgusted by the way she responded not meeting the required customers needs as loyal customers and through my experience she couldn't did something for inconvenience service delivery I'm shattered...please please may this matter ne ascalated because as a customer with my experience maybe because it's not a suburb or subjected to a black community and can say anything she wants may she be put in her shoes the level of disrespect is *********...roots butchery Dawn park take accountability
