Roots Butchery n fast food right in Festival Mall, the service there leaves a lot to be desired, food plaza of the above mentioned store is a total mess, plus the manager is obviously clueless with regard to customer service, He's a chump who thinks he can do as he please, long story short the prepared food will leave you with a stomach bug, ask me I know what I'm talking about, at first I thought it was a mistake but the second time was totally unacceptable with the so called manager with a stinking attitude this is a friendly advice to all people who buys their prepared food, if you want to get sick buy from Roots Festival Mall n you will not survive! They sell rotten food,the General manager to apologize to me as a customer and asked me why do I always have to come and complain about their food he then went on to tell the kitchen manager that they should sell food to me again as if it were my fault that they food is rotten. When I demanded an apology from him he asked the security to see me out of the store as if I was dramatic. Please do something about the roots at festival Mall as they are truly selling us poison.
