horrifying experience at Roots Backpackers (Accommodation) DO NOT TAKE CHANCES

i was not allocated to the room that i booked, the place is dirty, including the bed, blankets, pillows...its a shack!!!! not a decent room. they will not show you the pictures of the rooms on the website, but the outside of the room. when you arrive, they allocate you a pic stall with falling wall and rough floors. extended with corrugated irons.
