Excellent service received from Rooted Coffee Co

I recently ordered a Timemore Black Mirror Mini Coffee Scale from Rooted Coffee Co. The service received was excellent with continuous updates on the progress of the shipment as well as from their courier "The Courier Guy" providing updates and racking details. There was a slight delay in the initial shipping which was communicated timeously for which Rooted Coffee Co unexpectedly and pleasantly sent some coffee. This is excellent service all round
