Biased from estate agent

The agent Ms Zita Bohm did not follow due process in the application which was sent for the unit at Hereford, which is a new development in Irene. This was either ****** or biased of which she promised clients I am sure, and thus provided us with misinformation regarding a bad credit record, yet she never even did a credit check on the either individuals from the joint application. This is putting clients under false impressions and also misinforming clients of their application. This is also after bad credit was used as a reason, yet other applications have been approved so how could this be the reason.
