bad client service

We have been tying to get hold of an agent for 4 days no and she just leaves you on red and does not even bother communicating or getting back to you at all. Such bad service is actually sad, her name is Zita Bohm and it i in connection with the Rietvalleirand property. Can anyone assist????Absolutely shocking bad service bad realtors
