On 1st October 2014 I app**** for Home Improvement Loan at Roosendal Building Supplies and on 9th I was approved and promised that the material will be delivered in my premises within a week. I waited for the week no deliveries and no telephone calls informing me how far is the process. Then the following week I went to their premises confirming that I never receive my material and this is delaying my house to be completed,they told me that they are busy with my file I don't know what they were doing with it because I don't owe them. After several attempts to get material from them they came with a story saying that their bank account is closed so the money was never deposited into their bank account BY NEDBANK who finance them ok what I did I asked Nedbank to send me a proof of transfer via my email address which they did. So I went back to them and showed a proof they denied STILL DENIED they SAY they didn't inform Nedbank of their new banking details so they will inform them and come back to me. Today is 9 APRIL 2015 since last year waiting for material so please guys be careful of these papers promising building material on credit they are ******. Can someone with a heart help?
