Worried that the company may be closed, but still marketing to guests ...

I am worried that this online accommodation booking agent has seemingly stopped operating, but continues to market its services on its website. Rooms for Africa is also still sending out auto-generated marketing e-mails. All forms of communication with Rooms for Africa have gone unanswered for over a month now, and the company owes one of my prospective guests money. I am worried that this business has perhaps effectively closed down, but is still marketing itself as if it's OK to book accommodation through them. More people could lose money here?
