Unable to unsubscribe from the daily emails
I've been trying for weeks on end to unsubscribe from their email list without any luck. When I click the unsubscribe button it confirms I'm unsubscribed but the very next day the email arrives again. I've sent numerous emails without a single reply. Will definitely not use a service with this level of customer service.

23 Jul 2019, 10:01RoomsforAfrica rep**** on their FB chat and assured me they now removed my email address from the list and will look into why the unsubscribe function does not work. I will update this complaint if the email arrives again.

30 Jul 2019, 09:46I'm still receiving the emails even though the RoomsforAfrica team has assured me twice that it's been removed. If they can't remove a simple email from a list I certainly won't trust them with my credit card details.
