The most disgusting service

<p>My partner and I booked a flat through Rooms For Africa at a place in Langebaan for the weekend, when we arrived at our destination, after driving for more than 2 hours, we were told our we don't have a booking with them and was showed the hand after we paid the required deposit and received confirmation from the person whom we interacted with. We were then forced to find another place in langebaan or surrounding areas otherwise make another trip back home after spending a great deal of money to make this trip. </p> <p> </p> <p>This service is unacceptable from a well established agency and I feel utterly disgusted by it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not make any bookings through them as they can not be trusted and re**** on</p>
