STILL NO REPOSNSE TO MOVE A BOOKING!

ROOMS FOR AFRICA PLEASE COULD WE HAVE A RESPONSE TO THE BELOW! I DONT WANT MY MONEY BACK, I WANT MY BOOKING MOVED TO NEXT YEAR!

Rooms for africa it doesnt take longer then 5 minutes to return an email to someone. And please stop with the pandemic and skeleton staff excuses. There is more then enough time on everyone's hands now to sort out issues. You can take new bookings but you cannot respond to people requiring cancellation etc.

I spoke to the hotel I booked with via you people and it took me a whole 5 minutes to get clarification on moving a booking which rooms for africa would need to do. And you only pay them after we have left that establishment as per the hotel. So please your excuses are not good enough. This is my 3rd month of trying to get feedback, 7th email and 3rd fb message which u have read. I have sent my last email before I take the legal route.. your choice... legal route or 5 minutes if any of your time to move my booking!
