Wish i could take back that 1 star and replace it with a minus million. Did a booking thru them, decided to cancell the booking dirctly with the establishment, the owner had no problem waivering the cancellation fee. This was last Thursday 6th Feb 2020. I informed this "rooms for africa" of the arrangement and requested my 1000 and odd refund. After phoning, mailing and leaving voice messages they mail me back stating that they need to charge me admin fee. WHERE THE FREAKING SIMON DOES IT "CLEARLY" admin fees. They debit my account so quick that the sms from my bank within split seconds after I hit accept. I wish our electricity crisis was this effective. I work for the banking sectors and advised them not to deal with them anymore. All our overseas interests will be advised to use other agencies. Swak boet.. In this time and age where competition is tuff and so many companies not surviving
