REFUSAL TO REFUND DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE !!

I made a booking with Rooms for Africa for Cabanas Del mar in DBN and paid a sum of R3000.00 for the trip.

I further requested for cancellation months prior my arrival and i was advised by Rooms for Africa that the establishment has been notified.

I further inquired with the establishment regarding my refund and they advised me that Rooms for Africa did not cancel on my behalf.

i have made numerous calls to Rooms for Africa requesting them to resolve this issue but they kept on promising that the issue will be resolved and the same wasn't resolved till to date.(8 MOTHS LATER !)

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED,THEY ARE UNRELIABLE .
