Pay back my money!
The establishment revealed that it misquoted after I had processed payment of the deposit. RoomsForAfrica informed me and cancelled the booking on my behalf. RoomsForAfrica has not refunded the deposit paid and cannot give me an indication of when I will be refunded! Ludicrous since there is no fault on my side. Payment of deposit and cancellation were on 28 September 2020. I've since sent an enquiry on Facebook but 7 working days later there has been no refund paid.

07 Oct 2020, 10:28As per our message to you, your refund will be done, however the reason for the delay is that we were waiting for the funds to be returned to us from the property, which we will then transfer over to you. The payments department will notify when the money has been paid over to you.
