Outstanding payment

I made a booking through using RoomsForAfrica.com and made full payment (R2600) to them for the Guesthouse I wanted to stay at. When I arrived at the guesthouse I was told that full payment was not made to them and the balance amount is still outstanding. I have been trying to call rooms for Africa for the past three weeks with no luck and no response on emails sent. I have the people from the Guesthouse calling me wanting their payment from me because rooms for Africa has not paid them in full still. This is unacceptable and so disappointing because I did my part and made full payment... Now to be getting calls threating me and insisting that I deal with the RoomsForAfrica.com company because the guesthouse people want their money is frustrating.

Room's For Africa needs to pay the balance to the Guesthouse or refund me my money do that I can pay the Guesthouse myself.
