Just bad, use an alternate booking site, there are many!

After spending quite some time searching for the ideal getaway, I booked and received confirmation of my stay only to be told a day later that they had made a mistake and offered me a Sunday and Monday instead of a Friday and Saturday I requested, that lack of understanding alone is annoying. Then to make things worse, I have to chase and follow up with Rooms for Africa reservations manager to get an alternate date, which at this date has been unsuccessful. Upon doing some internet research, I see I am not alone in being on the receiving end of poor service, something the travel industry can ill afford especially after the dire situation it finds itself in due to Covid-19. There are plenty of other accommodation booking sites, use them and avoid disapointment and frustration.
