I want my refund....pathetic service

I made a booking and paid the deposit to Roomsforafrica. The owner of the organization requested I pay the balance including R500 key deposit. I did so. Due to the floods occurring in KZN I decided to call the owner to ask if it's OK to come through. She said yes but the roads are blocked and there is no water and electricity. So I asked well why didn't you inform me? She didn't reply. I advised her to cancel my reversation and I want a refund. She advised me via sms she would this last week Thursday. She then tells me I need to pay for the agents fee. ***
