Failure to refund

Had a booking for my son and his friends at Me onshone on Whiskey Creek in Plettenberg Bay. They got there and we denied access because the owner didn’t think it was appropriate. The reason they gave was no Plett Rage visitors but didn’t tell me this neither did it State His on the Rooms for Africa website. When I asked for a refund they offered partial but to me that’s unnaceptable. I didn’t cancel they did!!!!
