<p>I made a mistake and booked the wrong day for a guesthouse on the website. Figuring that I would not be receiving a refund or anything due to it being my error, I went ahead and made a new booking at a different guesthouse since there was no availability where I had originally planned to stay. When I phoned the next day, I received excellent service. I explained what happened and they confirmed that my new booking was available and even made a full refund for my mistaken booking. I am very happy with their service.</p>
