Disappointed and embarrassed

<p>I used this website to book accomodation at Chiltern House in Durban. the accomodation was dreadful. the bed was horrific, the door fell off the bathroom and none of the pictures depucting the accomodation were in anyway correct. the sea view was a busy noisy road. i was so embarrassed as this was a very special weekend for some very special people. Rooms for Africa have decided to take no action and will not refund the amount they received. despite repeated requests, no manager is willing to speak to me directly</p>
