Cancellation of booking!!

I made a booking for my honeymoon with RoomsforAfrica before the lockdown and paid R3000 deposit, on the 1st of July I phoned them to cancel my booking,as my wedding is postponed to a new date, but they do not answer and only advise to send a mail to them on the email address that is given, but still they did not reply. I then phoned the Lodge where my booking had be made at and got the shocking news that their is no booking made or any money transfer to the lodge. This is very upsetting to me coz they are *****ing my money. I will never advice anybody to book thru them, they have pathetic service.
