Appauling service if any

Booked a weekend away at Tree Top view Lodge through Rooms for Africa. Paid the deposit & booking was confirmed only to arrive there 2 months to be told there was a double booking.We arrived at the establishment around 6pm when Rooms for Africa had already closed for the day and could not get a hold of them that night.We taken to an alternative accomodation where we did not sleep in the rooms at all because of the filth, ants crawling everywhere, rat droppings, spiders etc. Slept in our cars instead. Could not find a place to accomodate all 8 of us for the night in the surroundings areas. When we finally got held of Rooms for Africa the next day, they did not do anything worthy to help the situation. We seemed to be a nuisance and had to run after them to help us get another place, which we did on our own. They are yet to respond to the issues we raised with them after and just do not care. They do not deserve anyone's support as they do not have any customer service. Instead they should refund us the 15% commision they made from our booking as nothing came of booking through them
