APPALLING SERVICE AND FAILURE TO REFUND OR RESPOND
Having an extremely difficult time receiving our refund. We have on numerous times emailed and called, however all efforts have been pointless. We did also email the establishment we were supposed to be accommodated at and they were able to refund us the portion paid directly to them and advised that the difference would be returned to RoomsforAfrica and they would then be liable to refund us that half. The establishment has also tried contacting RoomsForAfrica but to no avail.
