Accomodation Heist - Month 3

I booked and paid R882.32 for a room through RoomsForAfrica (Ref no. 9mm-sni-7m1-i3f on 31 October 2020 for 1 day stay at Lords Signature Hotel in Vaal . The booking was for 1 night check-in on 31 October 2020 and check-out on 1 November 2020.

Upon arrival at the hotel I was told that my booking is not reflecting and I should pay R950.00, then the amount paid to RoomsForAfrica will be refunded to me once it reflects.

Its now 3 months down the line since made a booking through RoomsForAfrica for a one-night stay at Lord Signature Hotel in Vaal where I was duped to making a double payment under the pretence that money will be refunded once reconciled.

We are now in 2021 and despite confirmation by the hotel that payment was reconciled Lords Signature Hotel and RoomsForAfrica has not refunded me the overpayment. Needless to mention that both Lords Signature and RoomsForAfrica have vanished to thin air and none even bothers to give me an update.
