Accommodation

I booked the accommodation with rooms of Africa, they double booked my accommodation and later canceled it. I've already paid the deposit. I found another accommodation and paid for it through bookings. Com. Rooms for Africa does not want to refund my deposit. I've been sending them emails, making phone calls but nobody answers. I don't understand because they are the ones who canceled my booking. I'm so mad I will never use them again.
