Thofier Najjar -ropm4growth A huge Disappointment

We do not recommend this company at all, specially the so called founder,creator,owner Thofier Najjar at all! While his work looks good on the inside & out, it's what comes our after that will make you sad & have a heart filled with regret. His price comes across very reasonable, after doing the right thing by getting 3 competitive quotes yes, the catch is in the deposit cause he will charge you 70 - 80 % of the total upfront because the wood prices changes all the time & to get supplies so that when the wood gets delivers in 10-14 days he has everything on hand & ready to start working. He also tells you that the wood ,which is your property will get delivered to you but that never happens because it stays by him. He brags about man power & him having a team of 8-10 guys & he even gives you & himself a strict deadline as to when the job must be completed because he is that busy. The downfall comes the moment you pay over the deposit & that time frame of the wood being delivered expires, meaning it has been delivered long time already , so for a whole month you hear absolutely nothing from him. Then the nightmare starts, 1 week he will deliver the borders & bases for where his working , then the other week 2 guts will come & install, week 3,week 4 nothing happens because it's either a holiday or the guys didn't come to work , or they busy spraying or the wood wasn't cut properly to size because they wood centre made a mistake with his measurements. So then you look at it, 2 months is gone since you paid a big deposit & all you have is outer bases of what should have been build it cupboards. It's always only 2 guys, never him, he doesn't know or have any idea how to fit in cupboards only on how to take the measurements, colors , ***** etc. Oh don't forget about the customization yoy ask him specifically that just doesn't go the way you want it cause he will find an excuse why it won't work or the supplier didn't have stock so he found something similar. This brings you to 3 months already,by this time you so gatvol because now it's only 1 guy working and all this guy is ever doing week after week is cleaning of inside the cupboards . Finally in month 4 it's all over or not, because he gives you a sudden discount of under R2000 because he wasted your time & there's a few things he can rectify but he won't because he doesn't want to invade youf personal space any longer. His bad habits is,he reads your messages but never replies, he never ever answers his phones of which he got 2,his personal life always takes priority & he doesn't have a workshop or space, he works from home & he only has 1 guy working permanently with him, the others are guys hd literally picks up by the robots. With all that said,he ****es you off so much,you can't admire what his done,when you fo admire,you will find small irritating flaws that irritates you so much that you end up fixing it yourself because you just done want him at your space again . Then the worse happens, when his work comes apart after he garrantees & promises you that his work will last as long as the wood dependent on ware & tear but the joke is his work comes apart a month or 2 after Installation. No point phoning him or showing him either, hd just doesn't care. That's why thankfully in our case we owed him a small balance because he broke our cctv monitor & we could use that balance that his been hammering us more for weeks to fix & rectify his mistakes. His nothing but a dreamer , story teller but extremely well composed compulsive ****. While his finished work speaks volumes, it's what's before, during & after that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth filled with regret. WE HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS DUDE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!
