Poor service

I am highly dissapointed with your servi ce you promised to help me in resolving my insurance problems but now you are not saying anything if i don't call you don't follow up on my matter.

When you sold me the insurance you promised me that you will deliver and you are the best in responding to the clients need but so far you are the worst i am really not happy .You took my money now you are ignoring me and not even fighting for my matter to be resolved.

The guy by the name of moloko who sold me the insurance is even ignoring my calls .
