Very poor service

Ordered clothes online for my twins, came with 1 item missing, tried to get hold of them, after a long struggle i spoke to Nkululeko Mamba who initially promised to look it up and get back to me. He never responded to my emails thereafter. Their telephone lines usually ring unanswered. I have never experienced such ****py after sale service. it was definitely the last time i order from them..
