The worst service ever

I bought clothes during black Friday. My order came a week later but items were missing. No one called me to tell me what was happening.I tried calling them for two weeks straight and no response. I complained on Instagram and a customer service agent responded to me privately. They promised me someone would call me and arrange for a refund. Still nothing happened,I'm honestly disappointed because when it comes to influencers they are fast in sending them items and fast in posting them. When it comes to us paying clients,they honestly don't care about us. Their service is terrible and I won't be buying from them again.
