Terrible service
Terrible customer service they do not care of their customers but do care of influencers. They are false advertising claiming to have stock on their post. I placed an order on 25 November till to date I have not received it and they do not want to refund me

11 Jan 2024, 12:59Rookie failed to deliver my order or to refund me for an order placed on the 25th November. They promised to refund me and I have waited since December I got a call from them telling me they can’t deliver due to wrong address provided and that wasn’t true. They seem to refuse to refund me their consultant Sheron Mahasha was rude to me after questioning her of my order she dropped the call on the 10th January 2024. They are not taking care of their customers all they do is to deliver and give free packages to influencers to trick us into thinking they are running a legit business while they are ****ming us
