Shipping from Space

I placed an order on 20 August 2021. Received confirmation that order was shipped on 23 August. Since then tracking has not changed. I emailed and messaged the Instagram page. Only to be told to refer to the shipping policy which states 5 to 7 working days. Tomorrow is the 7 th working day and it still reflects in Transit. Is it coming from space? This is not the first bad experience with Rookie. Black Friday they did the same then eventually canceled and no apology or even voucher to show some customer retention.
