Return nightmare

The worst company ever, returned a small item in November , after a month of trying to contact them , I was told the size I wanted was out of stock , I ordered size 6 years which was available, close the Christmas I was promised it will be delivered and it never was, into a new year no communication on fb,no calls, nor emails, Im told that it is out of stock
