Refunds & Returns

I swear @rookieusa.za has the worst turn around time! Bought nike sandals in November, returned it for a bigger size, they advised me that they don't do exchanges I would have to do a refund, which I agreed on. The courier fetched the shoes on the 9th of December and to this day I have not recieved any feedback on my refund, when I do call all I hear is that the shoes need to go through QA. According to the website refunds take 3-5 working days, mine has almost been a month. Please make it make sense?
