Refund status

On the 18th of January 2024, I went to the Rookieusa outlet in Sandton to return and get my refund for the shoe I bought, they did not have enough money on the day and advised they would deposit the money into my account. I have not received any refund and no one has contacted me to update me on the matter. I have tried calling their numbers and on all their numbers no one is answering the phones.
