Refund problem

I’ve recently started to order from rookieusa and I have made three separate orders from them so Far. I can say that their checkout is easy and convenient and their delivery takes exactly 2-3 days. If I order today on the next day or two dayI receive my order and I was quite impressed with that.

However, when it comes to retuning things it is a struggle. I logged a return with them and I had to send them endless emails for them to initiate an action. After eventually sending a driver to get the parcel from they went awol. I sent an email asking about way forward and an agent said they will revert back to me after following up with finance and they never did. Then I proceeded to send them emails every single day to find out what the deal is with my refund and they are ignoring me. I logged the return on 3 October and to this day I haven’t received any positive response from them.
