Pathetic Online Shop with no customer service!!!

I would give zero stars for this pathetic online company. If you reading this - do not buy from them at all. They take your money and deliver your order with items missing without crediting you for the items out of stock. They run black Friday deals but have no experience in dealing with the chaos of over selling items on the site. Its almost 3 weeks and I got my order with one item delivered, no refund on the other items. Having a back log is a dumb excuse. Communicate with customers and refund them for their money!!!! I have logged a complaint with Payflex to remove them from their facilities as they are not a trusted source. And they do not pick their customer service line, because let's face it, they simply just don't care.
