Paid order not appearing in my orders

I have placed an order on their business site and I have paid for it using an EFT payment. I hasn’t reflected since 25 November 2023. I have been refreshing their site my order does not appear I only see cancelled orders. I have been trying to contact them through their emails and social media accounts and I haven’t recieved any assistance
