Orders constantly short delivered - why bother ordering

If I could give them 0 stars I would

This is the second time in a row that they have short delivered on orders that I have placed with them. The first time they atleast had the decency to call and say we do not have stock and we will send you a voucher for the item that we could not deliver.

This time they did not bother to contact me at all. They sent only a third of my order. They do not respond to my queries and I do not want vouchers to continue doing business with them I want my money or my goods.

Their business Ethic is appauling
