Failed to deliver my Order!!!

I placed an order at Rookieusa on the 11th December 2020, I waited, waited and waited til today my order hasn't been delivered. I sent numerous emails at *** no one has bothered to respond to my emails I also tried to call spoke to a guy called Khangeka he said he will check what could be the problem and will call me before COB he never called me back as promised that was on the 4th Jan 2021 I sent them a DM on their Facebook page they said 2 of the 5 items that I ordered was out of stock they will deliver the 3 items on the 5th of Jan and arrange a refund for the 2 items that are not insock. It's the 6th of Jan I still haven't received my order. I'm so ****ed! and disgusted with their bad service! I just need my money back because clearly they have failed to deliver! my order number is #***
