Absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and incompetence with the customer service team at RookieUsa/Skyedistribution Team. I have been calling for exactly 8 weeks trying to get a return actioned and a refund to no assistance. I have spoken to Nkululeko, Thato and Tumi who have all promised me feedback and assistance to no success.
