bad service

Placed an order on the 25th July got a message via Whatsapp that my order will be delivered on the 28th till date

i called in last week and the lady i spoke to mimi i think said i must give it 2 days nothing was delivered, mind you everyday i get a message that my order will be delivered. today i called in and the lasi i spoke too assured me that my order will be delivered today my order is not here!!! ridiculous and partactic service
