Rooiwal sewage works sucks!

Rooiwal sewage works is a disaster for years, and the CoT is dragging their feet to make improvements, or even just to maintain the infrastructure that was left after takeover from the ANC municipality. Residents are billed for sewage treatment, and CoT is accepting the income, but they fail to deliver the service that the residents have to pay. The continuous release of sewage water not complying to the water quality standards is causing extreme losses and health issues to downstream residents and water users.
