Rooikat Bloem Taxi

I've had the sad dissapointment for calling Rooikat taxi in bloemfontein. It was the 3rd time today and the outcome is always the same. There's always a very angry white woman on the other end, who's very rude. As a black woman in Bloemfontein, i would hate to run to ****** but seriously something tells me my accent probably annoyed her and she assumed I'm stupid. There's no reason why she'd shout and speak to me in frustation when I'm the client and needed services. She must get it together, because it's unprofessional and unnecessary.
