RoofInsulation.co.za ***) EVENTUALLY sent a team to advise on insulating /soundproofing 2 geyser and roof cavities. They had not looked at all the photos and spec I had prepared and sent through nor brought samples of their products. Over the course of a week, I made 9 phone calls for feedback, none returned. 7 days later I got a SMS response to say they would get advise from the owner and get back to me. When I spoke to the person in charge they had obviously no clue about the job, refused to give me the owners cell number and promptly put the phone down on me. I have NEVER had such BAD SERVICE and been treated with such DISRESPECT. I have still not heard from anyone. If you want something done and to be treated well do not touch this company!!!!!!
