Not bothered to Inspect his work and see the damage

I called East Rand Roofing Co, Owner Mr D.H.Mills, and asked him to come out and see the damaged caused by the rain, as East Rand Roofing Co had done the job on the Roof. This was within the stipulated guarantee on the Contract, So the least Mr D.H Mills could have done was to honour the Contract and see the damage caused. I called Mr D.H.Mills and said he would call me the very next day to make an appointment, Mr D.H.Mills didn't even bother to call back, I have sent an SMS to make sure he receives my request. I've called several times after, but now MR D.H.Mills won't even take my calls. It's such a shame that there isn't more strict regulations on these so called Contractors, It's so easy to read the Instructions on a Paint can, and thereafter call yourself a Roofing Company ! I do have other roofs that need repaired, but you Mr D.H.MILLS....... will never get a call from me !!!!
